No\u0163iunea de competen\u0163\u0103 s-a impus recent \u00een literatura \u015ftiin\u0163elor educa\u0163iei, dar poate prea repede predomin\u0103 \u00een limbajul educa\u0163ional \u015fi a ajuns concept-cheie \u00een documentele curriculare. Considerat\u0103 \u201econstruct cultural, marcat de des\u0103v\u00e2r\u015fire\u201d, competen\u0163a, ca \u201eatribut al exper\u0163ilor \u015fi expertizei\u201d, ar putea deveni \u00een educa\u0163ie o mod\u0103 pedagogic\u0103 (\u201eEncore une mode p\u00e9dagogique?\u201d) sau o solu\u0163ie. Dup\u0103 cum argumenteaz\u0103 Vasile Fluera\u015f, competen\u0163a este un concept insuficient semantizat pentru a constitui nucleu pentru o paradigm\u0103 a educa\u0163iei. Autorul analizeaz\u0103 cu acribie sisific\u0103 opinii din literatura pedagogic\u0103 na\u0163ional\u0103 \u015fi interna\u0163ional\u0103 topica mai ales filosofic\u0103 \u015fi didactic\u0103 a competen\u0163ei, sintetiz\u00e2ndu-le \u00een concluzii \u015ftiin\u0163ifice, cump\u0103nit decelate din punctul de vedere al educa\u0163iei. Demersul autorului a generat un text provocator, focalizat \u00een jurul unui concept controversat, care a \u00eemp\u0103r\u0163it opiniile pedagogilor, accept\u00e2nd totu\u015fi c\u0103 efectele programului de educa\u0163ie bazat pe competen\u0163e \u201enu a afectat sistemul de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt dec\u00e2t scriptic\u201d. Sugestiile oferite pedagogilor, dar mai ales deciden\u0163ilor din educa\u0163ie premerg spre o formul\u0103 de aplicare practic\u0103 a unei paradigme ce risc\u0103 s\u0103 treac\u0103 de la o teorie postmodern\u0103 la o mod\u0103 aventuroas\u0103. Studiul despre o posibil\u0103 teorie a competen\u0163ei merit\u0103 deplinul interes al speciali\u015ftilor, didacticieni \u015fi profesori, gra\u0163ie virtu\u0163ilor sale \u015ftiin\u0163ifice \u015fi sugestiilor practice. Vasile Fluera\u015f propune o nou\u0103 lectur\u0103 pentru un concept, ale c\u0103rui semnifica\u0163ii riscau s\u0103 se risipeasc\u0103 \u00een impresii; textul beneficiaz\u0103 de o \u015ftiin\u0163\u0103 a scrierii, de o argumentare temeinic\u0103, cu justific\u0103ri ideatice de la Aristotel p\u00e2n\u0103 la Perrenaud, documente livre\u015fti \u015fi virtuale, cu con\u0163inut filosofic, didactic, pedagogic, sociologic, psihologic, lingvistic, toate men\u0163ionate \u00eentr-o ampl\u0103 bibliografie. Volumul \u201eProlegomene la o posibil\u0103 teorie a competen\u0163ei. O propunere teoretico-aplicativ\u0103\u201d se constituie ca o monografie a unui concept fundamental, care &#8211; aplicat \u00een domeniul educa\u0163iei a\u015fa cum se cuvine \u2013 ar avea efecte favorabile asupra dinamicii efectelor sistemului de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt. Demersul lui Vasile Fluera\u015f este unul de maturitate epistemic\u0103, oferind un model de tratare a unui concept social care avanseaz\u0103 spre starea de paradigm\u0103 educa\u0163ional\u0103.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\n Prof. univ. dr. Sunt multe idei \u015fi aspecte ale acestei c\u0103r\u0163i care atrag interesul \u015fi merit\u0103 aprecierea, dar mie mi-a atras aten\u0163ia subtila apropiere pe care autorul o face \u00eentre conceptul de competen\u0163\u0103 din c\u00e2mpul epistemic al \u015ftiin\u0163elor educa\u0163iei \u015fi entelehia aristotelian\u0103, \u00een temeiul solidei idei c\u0103 \u00eenve\u0163i s\u0103 faci ceva f\u0103c\u00e2nd.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\n Prof. univ. dr. Stilul analitic, conving\u0103tor, argumentat \u00eentr-o manier\u0103 inter- \u015fi transdisciplinar\u0103, genereaz\u0103 r\u0103spunsuri \u015fi ofer\u0103 exemple practice la problematica destul de complex\u0103, determinat\u0103 de ne\u00een\u0163elegerea corect\u0103 a conceptului de competen\u0163\u0103, mai ales \u00een context educa\u0163ional, reu\u015find s\u0103 pun\u0103 accente importante \u015fi s\u0103 contraatace pozi\u0163iile celor care anima\u0163i de amatorism \u015fi emo\u0163ii reformiste \u00een educa\u0163ie au ajuns s\u0103 exagereze mai mult dec\u00e2t si-au propus. Ei bine, prin accesibilitatea \u015fi diversitatea informa\u0163iilor, prin modul original de a le integra \u00eentr-un discurs plin de sensibilitate, dar convingator \u015fi prin emo\u0163ia \u00eempletit\u0103 \u00een cuvintele c\u0103r\u0163ii, autorul ne ofer\u0103 \u015fansa s\u0103 descoperim un orizont salvator de \u00een\u0163elegere \u015fi acceptare a competen\u0163elor \u00een domeniul \u015ftiin\u0163elor educa\u0163iei.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\n Prof. univ. dr.
