Proceedings of the 1st ClujLit Conference . Conflict: Not a Matter pf Black and White

The first ClujLit conference was held in Cluj-Napoca at the Faculty of Letters, “Babeş-Bolyai” University on November 25th and 26th, 2015. With a rather ambitious goal in mind, it was our faculty’s first effort at a national students’ only conference meant to complement the yearly spring students’ closed conference, as well as the various national conferences our students attend throughout the year. As such, our main purpose was first and foremost to trigger a reaction within the young and learning academic community by challenging both BA and MA students to think of conflicts that run deeper than they might seem at first glance, whether they were to be found in literature, linguistics, or cultural studies.
